John K. Dubiel, Jr.

Mr. Dubiel focuses his practice in the areas of creditor/debtor representation. Mr. Dubiel is licensed to practice in all State Courts in Texas and Oklahoma, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas and the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

Mr. Dubiel represents commercial creditors across both Texas and Oklahoma in the collection of debts and has obtained several million dollars in settlements and judgments for his clients.* Mr. Dubiel also defends companies sued for breach of contract claims and handles state court replevin matters, deficiency collections and bankruptcy lift stay matters for commercial creditors.

On the debtor side, Mr. Dubiel represents individuals and businesses filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas.

In addition to obtaining his juris doctorate in 1996 from the University of Tulsa where he was on the Dean’s List, Mr. Dubiel attended the University of Texas School of Law while working as an intern for both the Travis County District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.

Mr. Dubiel is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Oklahoma Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and is Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Mr. Dubiel also donates time to the Dallas Volunteer Attorneys Program where he represents indigent families with their legal problems for free.

Mr. Dubiel primarily practices in the areas of creditor/debtor representation, personal injury, auto and truck accidents, wrongful death, criminal defense, collections, breach of contract, product liability and fraud with an emphasis on trial law.
